My work focuses on how individuals understand money, make decisions, and form long-term financial thinking.
It sits at the intersection of finance, behavior, and technology, examining how early financial experiences, access to knowledge, and emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence shape decision-making in complex and evolving environments.
My interest in finance began through observation, shaped by everyday conversations around money and decision-making during my upbringing. This early curiosity developed into a deeper inquiry into why individuals make the financial choices they do, and how these choices influence long-term outcomes.
This has translated into both writing and applied work. I authored The Young Investor’s Playbook, which simplifies foundational financial concepts for younger audiences with an emphasis on early investing and compounding. I also founded a financial literacy initiative for government school students, developing bilingual (Kannada–English) learning materials to improve accessibility and understanding.
In parallel, my work examines how technology is reshaping financial behavior and decision-making in increasingly data-driven systems.
At the core of my work is a simple belief: financial literacy is not merely knowledge, but the ability to make informed, long-term decisions in a rapidly changing world.
